Lego Robotics, June 16 & 18

Curiosity Quest at the Morgantown Public Library presents LEGO Robotics, a two-day enrichment class for children, grades 5+. Begin the challenge of learning visual programming of the LEGO Mindstorms. Learn how to use a computer to “talk” to your specially designed robot to make it perform specific tasks. Learn skills needed to be on a FIRST LEGO League team. Teacher and former SummerFEST director Judy Werner will instruct this class. It runs Tuesday, June 16, and continues on Thursday, June 18, 10am to 2:30pm. The cost is $10 for this two-day session. Students must bring a bag lunch. Children must register and prepay prior to June 16 at the Morgantown Public Library (373 Spruce Street). For more information, contact Amber at (304) 291-7425.
